Adobe software is always nice but I have to second the nightmare of actually purchasing the subscription of CC. I went ahead and purchased the CC and got my 1 year discount for having been an owner of a previous software package. Then.......crickets. Never got an email and my account said I had no subscriptions. I noticed that Adobe had charged $1 to my credit card account. After a day I called them to find out what the problem was. They said my credit card was declined but when I called it was not. So back to Adobe. They said just order a new one since not they said the old order was cancelled. Then they said I was no longer eligible for the discount since I already purchased it and cancelled it. It took another day of escalations and finally I got to use the software.

Sorry for the long rant, but beware if there is a problem in your order it WILL take a lot of YOUR time to get it straight.

But Thierry software is wonderful.

I've been running creative cloud for a few months and it has run smoothly since I got it registered which was a total nightmare. Adobe keeps track of everything by your email and my salesman made a typo entering my email on the order. Even though it was their error adobe was unable to fix it. My only option was to buy a second subscription and cancel the first one. And it took endless hours on the phone before I could get them to do that. So be very careful placing your order, be sure they have your info correct and you should be fine.
