Yes and no - there is a import tool in WP to import the Joomla content articles into WP that does a fair job -- might require some format touchups BUT you appear to have many videos and so the video content has to be located properly when moved from the Joomla site to the WP site . The real underlying question is why ? What does WP offer that J doesn't - what is different that justifies changing ? Including support, updates or training. Remember they are very different systems so moving will require re-training. In general, Joomla is better for larger systems, WP is a bit easier to handle while less flexible -- once installed and trained - tasks you already have accomplished.
