Have there been any media articles or news coverage of the non-profit in established media - Boston Globe, etc.? Without that, I doubt you're going to get a Wikipedia entry at this point.

Wikipedia is very, very big on citations. If you write Wikipedia articles without citations (i.e. news articles and media coverage of the subject of the Wikipedia entry), it will most likely get deleted by zealous editors.
