Hello Dede,

Because I help people blog (or blog for them) I know of some people who have been able to 
blog anonymously quite well.

I think the EFF provides some general sound guidelines:

Sean Sullivan sean at xheightstudios.com might also be a great resource in setting up
an anonymous blog for you.
