[Hidden-tech] faxes on Comcast phone lines

Yup, it's an issue (different fax machines) at both home and office. Seems
like this is a frequent, although not universal, phenomenon with digital
(cable) phone lines, and not something that can be easily resolved by
changing a setting. Probably time to switch to an email-based fax service.
