Hi Melissa, I don't think Hootsuite would help as they're more on the content creation side than the display side. Depending on what email provider your organization is using, you might be able to use an email that would be accepted for twitter, but that would go to the same email account. For example, using gmail, or google apps for business, you can add "+anything" to the end of the username and it still goes through. So I could open multiple twitter accounts by using the emails terranrb+twitter at gmail.com, and terranrb+twitter2 at gmail.com. Twitter would accept these as different, but they would still both come to this email account. Could be worth looking into if you want to go the two accounts route. If you want to add a hashtag to the event related tweets, and use the twitter widget to display only those from your account with that hashtag, a quick google search turned up: https://learntech.imsu.ox.ac.uk/blog/?p=336. It could also be worth considering only searching based on the hashtag as that would show activity from other people tweeting about the event, but that obviously comes with a loss of control. Hope that helps, Terran On Tue, Jun 4, 2013 at 1:50 PM, Weinberger, Melissa < mweinberger at donahue.umassp.edu> wrote: > ** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > > Hi group, **** > > ** ** > > I’m currently working on a website for an event that is being produced by > my organization, and we’d like to create a twitter feed with information > relevant to the event.
