[Hidden-tech] Getting ghost filename on download from wordpress site

A client of mine has a WordPress website with a free book chapter download.
The name of the test file was "Introduction Ebookv7 Andy.pdf" in the final
version we changed it to "The-Presentation-Playbook-Introduction.pdf." When
we click on the download button on a PC or Mac laptop, we get the latest and
correct filename. When we download the file on an iPhone or iPad (accessing
the file for the FIRST time) we get the OLD file name (but the new file).
The old file is no longer in the WordPress library. 

 

Why is the OLD file name coming up, and how can we get all devices using the
correct file name? The file download is located at this URL:
