[Hidden-tech] iOS developers?

I have a client who emailed me looking for an iOS developer. If anyone 
out there can help out, let me know. Here is his request:

We are looking for a developer that could create an IOS application to 
replace an existing Palm software app.

The app would capture bar codes in a batch/offline mode then transmit 
them to our back-end servers using web services (XML) or FTP. Detailed 
spec available.
