Project Manager:

left-click is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager in our Advanced division. The position is full time, 10-6 Monday-Friday. Project managers are responsible for overseeing 2-3 Senior Developers, in addition to the following:
Serve as main client contact, lead weekly client status meetings
Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Communicate effectively both internally and externally to set and manage expectations
Develop and execute project plans and associated communication documents
Liaise with internal resources and third party vendors to develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedule
Enforce project schedules ensuring deadlines and launch dates are met
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Effectively prioritize and delegate project deliverables and assignments
Conceptualize ideas for clients and internal staff, assign projects to staff, manage workflow, and verify deadlines are being met.
Utilize the company’s project management/accounting system to document costs and schedules
Evaluate program code against business requirements and proactively report discrepancies as well as identify opportunities for improvement
Budget tracking and reconciliation reporting
Estimate costs for proposals and produce proposal content
Meet with Dev teams at least every other week to discuss project statuses and potential out of scope items for Sales
Applicants must have substantial (2 or more years) experience in project management, with a portfolio of completed projects. Must be well-versed in the web development process from client conception to finished product. Must have experience with Drupal, PHP, Java, CSS. Knowledge of additional platforms a plus. Must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, full time availability, and advanced knowledge of web development processes. This is an in-house positon; telecommuting is not available. Drupal Dev:

left-click is seeking to add another full time Drupal developer to our team. This is a full-time (10-6 Monday-Friday), in-house position; telecommuting is not available. Applicants must have 2 or more years of Drupal experience. Knowledge of PHP, Java, CSS, and others is a plus. Applicants should include links to samples or a portfolio of their web development work. Applicants without work samples will not be considered. Our Drupal developers:
Develop and implement designs, wireframes, and brand concepts in Drupal
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving reported defects in existing builds
Participate in all phases of website development: Planning, Information Architecture, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Training
Interpret documented functional specifications, annotated wireframes and technical documentation
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation
Work closely with the various cross-functional teams to test and refine designs and prototypes
