Dear Jennifer,

I have such experience, but this is no small conversation! I can entertain you with some advice, or better said, some experience, my email is onechess at comcast.net.

I don't know the worth of any brief response I could make in so many minutes, and probably any response would need be based on what the problem with print publishing is, what circ the mag currently has local to some nominal geographic center, and what current ad revenues are from print to prospective desires from to web distribution. These all relating to cost :: benefit one medium to another.

Without those, which you could say to me in confidence by email, there is nothing much of generic advice you should take note of, IMO.

Cordially, Phil

I wonder if anybody on this list has had experience moving a magazine from print to online? Can you share with me information on whether/how it affected advertising revenues and/or expenses associated with producing the magazine?
