I had the same problem living in Conway a while ago... Ended up having to rent office space in Shelburne. Anyhow, it won't work if you are dealing w lots of large files, but I found that I got pretty decent speed when tethering to my iPhone... Gotta watch how much data ur using, but it's definitely a lot faster than 33kbs. Good luck! I ended up moving as a result.
