[Hidden-tech] dial up accelerator?

Indeed the web is no longer very dialup friendly, but nothing says you cant use multiple browsers to make the best of the situation or use a modern browser with plugins or its ADA features such as Firefox has.

Im sure she is well aware dialup is not ideal for her friend, but right now that is what they have.
