Hi Herb, I wasn't following this thread and don't see feedback from other than Claudia... I'll add this: I've been on calls that use Freeconferencecall.com and been very impressed when part of a 30+ participant call. The sound quality is overall very good and it's very easy to use. Problems I've encountered: 1) Not being able to clearly hear "Muted" and "Unmuted" when toggling between those two settings (which you do by hitting *6 for both options) so it's sometimes unclear which mode you're in. 2) If someone is participating using Skype, their voice can get distorted and/or an echo can be heard. (But this may be true of most conference call services, not just this one) 3) Background noise can be loud, especially if a participant is on a cell phone. (Again, this may be true of all conference call services, just as it is on a one-on-one call) Hope that's helpful.
