[Hidden-tech] Lost Email

I have a client who sends me emails with Word .docx attachments, fewer than
200KB, from his Mac via Verizon. I also have Verizon as my ISP, but I don't
receive them. They are not in any of the email lists or spam folders along
the chain of Web host to ISP to my PC Outlook desktop. It doesn't work if he
sends to my aol account either. He never receives a "failed delivery" email.
He had some problems in the past but says that his web guy has fixed the
problem and everyone else but me is now receiving attachments. It's
consistent in that NO word attachments come through, but every other email
even with the html signature file that he has with all of his emails does.
Has anyone run into this problem.any solutions, suggestions, tests to run?
Meanwhile I'm getting emails consistently from other clients with .docx file
attachments. Thanks for any help. Claudia
