*Technology Support Specialist* EASTERN MA Provide technical support (hardware and software) for teachers and administrative staff providing services to students with disabilities in the eastern part of Massachusetts. Essential requirements of the job include the ability to troubleshoot networks, systems, and software applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties on a mixed-platforms environment; and establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or certificates in technical support field; *Apple computer expertise with both MAC hardware and Software*; at least 3 years of experience in providing technical support to a wide and diverse user base; and ability to work independently to triage and manage competing priorities. Frequent travel is required throughout the eastern region of Massachusetts.
