Hi Yadim,

Have you considered moving to Google Apps instead? Google Apps offers exchange service, as well as arguably the best web interface and IMAP support. The migration is fairly smooth as well and Google Apps exchange works fantastically on the Mac in outlook as well as Apple Mail, iPhones, etc.

We've been using Google Apps in house and it's been working great. We're also a reseller and can help you migrate all of your mail, calendars, address books, etc over to Google's service.
