Hello Deb, Do you already know about Lynda.com? http://www.lynda.com I find the instruction/videos to be first-rate. Seems to me that for your $25/month you could get up to speed very quickly, on your own time, etc. I got a month free when I registered my Adobe Professional. I just looked at the CS4 Essentials training and there's a lesson about converting Quark files (for instance) I think that might serve you best? In my experience teaching people software/computer things about 20 minutes is as much as a person can take, it's why Lynda works so well.. Good luck!
