[Hidden-tech] New vs. recycled toner cartridges?

Same printer... 

My partner orders our cartridge from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Compatible-Brother-TN350-Black-Cartridge/dp/B000VKUS9W/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1331752400&sr=1-8

I think it is recycled. Never had a problem with them..
