[Hidden-tech] New vs. recycled toner cartridges?

Hi Deborah,

I have been buying replacement toner laser cartridges sporadically from Ink & Toner Solutions (Northampton) for several years without any problem with the cartridges.

I say "sporadically" because I've needed to call ahead to buy from them, so as not to have to make two consecutive trips into town from Goshen. (One trip to drop off the used cartridge, the other to pick up the replacement, which they may not have had on hand.) Because of that, I sometimes buy from Staples, which delivers free, the next business day.
