Also since it is so nice right now the West Side of Manhattan from Warren
street up to 30th street has a lovely more or less continuous park space
with lots of shady trees and public tables with chairs to sit around I work
on 26th street so I ride past all of this everyday and it looks like a
great place to have a meeting by New York standards it is quiet and very
low key over along the water just people exercising or walking their dogs.
