Hello Robin, One conceivable way to do this would be through gmail w/ google documents. It could work like this: * the "Leader" of the week, sends out the writing prompt * the writers all create the writing and share with the others in the group (goog+ circles would make this easy) * the comments of other writers would all be managed with docs Also, I've found that it's difficult to maintain the vitality needed for a writer's group w/out actually meeting "face to face" from time to time -- even if only virtually. Google+ also would come in handy in this regard as it's videochat "hangout" feature allows up to 10 to connect directly through G+. I've done all of this a few times; feel free to email me off list (ken at waldenconsultinggroup) if you find you'd like a bit more guidance on this.
