[Hidden-tech] Dragon Speak deleting drafts

Hi all

I just had Dragonspeak once again, mid-dictation, decide to close-without-saving a draft in Word.

This is about the fifth  or sixth time it has happened over many months. I don't know if it misshears a word I say or what, but it deletes everything...GONE, not in the recycle bin, not possible to "undo," since the document is gone.

a) has anyone else had this problem?  and 
b) if so, have you found a solution?
