Both Verizon and AT&T offer devices called microcells which, as long as you have at least DSL bandwidth Internet service, will consistently give you 5 bars in your home/office. 
I've heard that Verizon will give you one (gratis) if you push them. AT&T might, too, if you threaten to move to Verizon.
