[Hidden-tech] charter upload speeds

I had a similar issue with Comcast years ago. After many frustrating visits
by multiple techs over the course of about 6 weeks, they determined the
problem to be the node. Apparently, they had connected a new development and
something went askew. I've had no trouble since. It might be worth
mentioning to Charter.

Our Charter connection in Easthampton has been unusually sluggish and
erratic over the past few weeks.  We haven't had a single problem in a
several years, but lately it has been really slow and even down.  It's
usually for short periods of time, and I've reported it a few times with no
real response.  I'm not sure it's related to your issues though.

Is anybody in the Hadley area experiencing very slow (or sporadic) upload
speeds on charter today?

 

I'm getting approximately 0.1 Mbs on Speakeasy's speedtest
(http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/).

 

I noticed this last night and called and they had reported "outage", however
today the "outage" is supposedly resolved so I'm wondering if I'm the only
one still having this problem.
