[Hidden-tech] Freight expertise?

I've got a little experience with this; my advice is: get a good customs broker here in the US (and a good customs agent in the land where you are shipping from too, if you don't deeply trust whoever is handling that side of the transaction) and let them save you time, money and hassle.

If the goods are coming to Boston, here's the folks I've used, and they have been very good for me. Offices down on the wharf in the customs building near where the goods come in.
