[Hidden-tech] rent a geek?

Hi All,
And I use the word "Geek" with utmost respect. Can anyone recommend a great web engineer in the area with a thorough understanding of Joomla, cpanel, javascript, security issues (including PCI compliance), etc? I'd like to have someone I can call anytime there is an issue, including weekends and holidays. In other words, a nice reliable safety net.

The issue I'm confronting right now is that we have created and manage a website for a client and have cpanel access through rochen. But for some reason, we cannot create subdomains with redirects that work. I can do it with other clients sites through cpanel, no prob. For some reason, we need to request subdomains from corporate headquarters. This takes forever and I wishI understood the mechanics behind it so that I could manage it better or make smarter requests.
