Hi Andrew,

Yes, Illustrator and Photoshop can open an EPS file. For most types of edits
Illustrator is going to be much better than Photoshop. What do you need to
have changed? The one thing that can throw a spanner into the works is if
there is text. If there is then at least to edit the text you need to have
the font(s) installed on the computer where the editing is being done.

We have .eps versions of logo files we want to tweak / edit.

We understand that this can possibly be done by opening / converting the
.eps files to Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
