Annamarie- The 2000N series printers have web interfaces. The web interface tends to be much more helpful for diagnosis than the lights and the manual... Just find the printer's IP address and type it into the address bar of your computer's browser. That said, that's an older printer and any number of things could be wrong with it that would cost more to address than a comparable replacement. Unless you are much closer to the paperless office ideal than pretty much anyone I've ever worked with, you've definitely gotten more run than any responsible seller would have predicted. I can certainly understand not wanting to add to a landfill, but it may be the right business decision for this device. -Neal Priestly Free Range Technologist On Wed, Apr 25, 2012 at 1:26 PM, Annamarie Pluhar < annamarie at pluharconsulting.com> wrote: > ** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > > Hi, > > Just in case someone on this list knows something that I can't find on the > web... > > I have a Brother HL-2070N.
