I wouldn't. Most people mentally default to .com. If you have a .biz 
and you are doing, e.g., radio interviews, you will be sending at 
least some traffic to your competitor with the .com version. Still 
plenty of great .com domains out there, however. I've helped clients 
come up with good ones. I notice DeDe herself has the excellent 
"www.bakepedia.com"
