[Hidden-tech] to 180 in Word

Thanks Andrea!

Exactly.   However, the document that I am working with was formatted in an old version of Word[ not by me].  NO Green dot.    I pasted the whole thing into a new docx.   the green dot appears but wont drag.  the TExt box turns but  the  text stays upright.

Also tried pasting a  textbox created in another docx.    it got lost in another layer and srobbornly refesed to any  command to re-order.

Any thougnts?
