*Technology Support Specialist* Provide technical support, both hardware and software, for teachers and administrative staff throughout the state providing services to students with disabilities. Troubleshoot networks, systems, and software applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties on a mixed-platforms environment; establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or certificates in technical support field; strong knowledge of Mac OS 9.x/10.x ; at least 3 years of experience in providing technical support to a wide and diverse user base; and ability to work independently to triage and manage competing priorities. Position will be based out of Collaborative headquarters in Northampton, MA; frequent travel required to sites throughout MA.
