Client Support Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

Immediate opening. inRESONANCE, Inc. (iR) is expanding again and seeks qualified candidates with a desire to work with independent schools. This client-facing position is responsible for managing client support services. 

This full-time, salaried position requires system-wide thinking, attention to detail, management skills, technical expertise and tremendous people skills as you work with clients to identify issues and resolve them. Ideally the candidate would work out of the iR Northampton office but remote employment is possible.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead contact for iR support services

Responsible for managing support queue and tracking team responses to satisfactory conclusions.

Provide direct client support in use of iR solutions

Assist in implementations of FMP side of web services

Assist with creation and maintenance of user documentation



GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Organized and able to handle multiple, high level tasks simultaneously

Able to to meet deadlines, work independently and under pressure

Background in and a demonstrated ability to train and/or support non-technical people on software use

Ability to work cooperatively with other members of a team

Good people skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Experience in independent schools or non-profit environment helpful, but not required. Admission, Development or Registrar Office experience helpful, but not required



TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Background in database 

or software support

Candidates with a working knowledge of FileMaker Pro  will be given higher consideration (Developer level skills not required.)

Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot technical issues.

High technical ability with the ability to learn new software quickly.

The ability to support your own computer use.



SALARY

Starting salary 45-50K depending on experience.
