I agree that the electric timer may be the simplest way to to. The way to re-boot the router is by unplugging it, anyway; so, although rebooting doesn't occur daily, it seems like the circuitry should easily accommodate the on-off cycle. Just set it up between your wifi router and the outlet. I haven't tried it myself, but it ought to work. If I'm not mistaken, those timers intentionally alter the timing each day to appear random so it might not be as precise as you want. Another concern might be whether the circuitry in the router can handle being turned on and off everyday. It would be interesting to hear what others have to say about that.
