Hi Kathy,

It sounds like you're right, that it's a permissions issue. I know you can
reset the permissions on Folders/Directories by using your FTP software. I
use Firefox FTP and can go to the Folder/Directory properties and reset
permissions to be writable. However, I'm not that familiar with Drupal and
the security issues involved with setting your directories to write
permission. Someone with more Drupal experience can hopefully chime-in
about this as well...
