[Hidden-tech] Converting Quark files to Word

Hi Hidden Techies,

I have received a zip file for a 350-ish page book in Quark (no idea which version, probably dates from around 1996) and need this converted to a Word doc.  I do not have a copy of Quark.

Can anyone help with this conversion or point me in the direction of someone who can?
