[Hidden-tech] Looking for CPA recommendations

Hello HT folks!

I'm looking for a CPA to help me sort through some tax/financial decisions.
Specifically:

1. I'm a shareholder in a private company that is in the process of being
bought out, so I have to figure out the tax ramifications for that.
2. My husband and I are considering purchasing a second home in VT. We would
like to use the house for ourselves but also rent it out to defray the costs
of owning it.

Can anyone recommend a good accountant who's familiar with these types of
situations? I'm in N. Adams, so I'm looking for someone either in that
vicinity or who's amenable to working with clients on the phone and via
email.
