Network Support Technician    
The Collaborative headquarters, Northampton, MA  with 75 + staff is seeking a self-motivated individual to support and maintain in-house computer systems, network devices, and servers in a mixed platform environment ; provide backup support to all workstations and peripherals; troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion;  and provide end user training and assistance where required.  Minimum 3 years successful experience in doing like work; strong documentation skills; ability to triage and manage competing priorities; and excellent communication skills are required.
