[Hidden-tech] who owns a website?

I think we have had enuf responds on this topic unless Margot cares to provide more
information
and questions beyond the responses.

it's clear many of us have experience in the area but
there are no 'real' lawyers that responded -- too bad if any of you (lawyers) are lurking,
there was a chance to make yourselves known.
