*JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:*

The role will work closely with the IT Director to provide key support in
the day-to-day operations of the IT Department as well as with the aim to
further the defined IT objectives. This role is primarily responsible for
providing IT support to CAIA staff.



*Website Business Analysis*

   - Discussion with users to clearly define business requirements
   - Analysis and documentation of website code, structure and processes
   - Analysis and documentation of business functional workflows
   - Management of submitted tickets, related scheduling and delivery



*Website Development*

   - Maintenance of internal development and staging environments
   - Front-end (HTML, jQuery, graphics, CSS) and back-end (PHP, MySQL) site
   design, development/modification, documentation, testing and deployment
   - Subscription from and publication to external 3rd party data feeds (to
   support bulk email list population, event and CRM integration)
   - Upload and management of website “downloadable” content
   - Review of site performance monitoring tools



*Website Code Deployment / Validation*

   - Code review/testing/deployment to internal testing environment
   - Optimization and cross-platform compatibility testing
   - Coordination of code releases with external vendors



*Tools Review / Specification and Development / Integration*

   - Review of CRM and Business Intelligence tools
   - Review and development of website usage tools



*Mass Email Preparation and Execution*

   - Development and communication of email “templates”
   - Scheduling/coordination of email mailings with internal departments
   - Execution of mailings and interpretation of related delivery results



*Office Desktop, Server and Remote Access Support*

   - Support/explanation to internal staff on technology issues/problems
   - Review of internal/external mail delivery issues
   - Review/specification of new desktop/server/infrastructure hardware
   - Maintenance of site infrastructure (switches, firewall, wireless)
   - Server/desktop/IT appliance software upgrades



*QUALIFICATIONS:***

   - Expert understanding of the PHP language, Javascript, CSS and HTML
   - Commercial experience with the Drupal CMS system (6.x required, 7.x
   preferred)
   - Understanding of cross-browser display / functionality / overall
   compatibility issues
   - Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite products
   - Excellent written and oral skills
