I've become a big fan of 1Password: https://agilebits.com/onepassword
Syncs between computer, iPhone, iPad, Android. Secure, convenient, fabulous!

Just make sure you set your computer to require a login during bootup for your account, otherwise anyone can get a hold of all of your passwords. And do regular backups of the database. You can keep duplicates of the backup. Some people keep a copy in a safe deposit box somewhere, and also in a locked, fireproof safe onsite.
