Hi Susanna,

You might look into a simple desktop database program. If you're on a Mac, check out Bento, from the Filemaker people. Just make sure you set your computer to require a login during bootup for your account, otherwise anyone can get a hold of all of your passwords. And do regular backups of the database. You can keep duplicates of the backup. Some people keep a copy in a safe deposit box somewhere, and also in a locked, fireproof safe onsite.
