Hi Herb,

Dropbox would be worth looking into, though there have been some questions about their security/encryption recently.

I've also heard great things about JungleDisk.

Both of these solutions are reasonably priced as well, I personally use Dropbox's free service to keep documents in sync across multiple machines/available online.
