[Hidden-tech] Problem with MYSQL Server - Magento !!

Afranio,

Magento itself is pretty touchy when migrating from server to server, with file
path changes, and/or with hostname changes. Depending on the version you are
running the ease of server to server migration varies. You'll find ample
documentation from Magento on how to do it.

Not following the directions can result in errors that seem really inconsistent
to the reality of the server the site has been migrated too. For instance old
db credentials could be used if the magento cache not deleted.

Or it could be any of the other possible issues others have presented.

I assume only 3 folders: app, media and skin. My friend and I are concerned with the app folder because the name of the folder was in the error multiple times. We know it's a crucial folder. Any suggestions ? The error occurred when I transferred all the folder and files.
