inRESONANCE seeks a full-time, entry level Web Applications Specialist to work in our Northampton, MA office.

Position Description

As the Web Applications Specialist, you will be charged with configuring and supporting data-driven Web applications. This is an internal-facing position that occasionally interacts with clients. Under the direction of the Web Applications Manager, you will perform front-end development on Web forms that interface with the company's Filemaker-based database products. You will also field client support requests related to these Web forms, either handling them personally, or routing them to an appropriate support technician as needed.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Configuring Web applications

- Managing Web applications support



The ideal candidate will have the following:

- One or more year(s) of hands-on experience developing Web sites

- Proficiency with CSS, HTML, and Photoshop (or other image manipulation software)

- A working knowledge of Web technologies such as mySQL, PHP, XML, Javascript

- Understanding of, and experience working with, version control systems like SVN or Git

- The following would be a plus:

	* Familiarity with Google Web Toolkit

	* Experience with FileMaker Pro



In addition to the above, the successful candidate must be able to do the following:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems in a timely manner

- Work within and meet deadlines

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical clients

- Work in a team environment



Starting salary $32,000 plus benefits package that includes health insurance, vacation, and 401K plan.
