I would question these numbers ... this doesn't smell right to me. Have you actually run the tests yourself or is this simply what the client is telling you. If the numbers are that high, what address are you using to send from constant contact? Personally, sending a pdf from an AOL account sounds like a really poor idea. I know I wouldn't open a pdf attached to anything in an email. You're also going to make tracking the ROI from your campaigns much trickier.
