Hi All,

Thank you so much for all your input. I tried downloading Avast twice. Nothing happened, maybe because I refused to allow a cookie. Microsoft Security Essentials is up and running.

I now want to get Spybot up and running. Would it be better to run the upgrades to the version on my computer? They go back as far as June 2007. Or better to download the current version and trust that it will clean up any pieces of the old version on my hard drive?

Thank you,
Naaz
