You are experienced in the analysis of data needs, data mapping and the manipulation of complex data. You are able to think through complex database reconciliation issues, identify alternative solutions, and facilitate their resolution via clear documentation and communication. You should have advanced skills with SQL, ideally with T-SQL and /or PL-SQL. You are extremely competent in developing stored procedures, functions and views to support migration efforts as well as to support application development efforts. You are self-directed but also able to interact well with client staff and team mates.
