The application lives in

/Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/

Your virtual machines live in

~/Documents/Parallels/    (your Documents folder)

So you'll want to make sure your 'user 1' documents folder is backed up to user 2 before you delete it.


You can also archive the users folder (.zip) when you delete the user so you can restore it if things break
