This 3-day class provides an in-depth exploration of troubleshooting on Mac OS X. 

iOS Mobile Device Management on 08/12/2011
This 1-day class combines lecture and hands-on exercises to teach the basics of Apple’s iOS, and gives you the tools necessary to configure, deploy, maintain, and update iOS devices in real-world environments.

Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) from 08/15/2011 to 08/19/2011
This 5-day class teaches students Apple hardware specifications, troubleshooting techniques, component isolation steps, take-apart procedures, and general service guidelines.
