[Hidden-tech] Business Analyst Position

I am looking to hire a Business Analyst to work on a project for a systems software solutions provider to Brokerage firms.    The candidate would work from home  and there could be some travel to Windsor, NYC (corporate location) and Iowa (client site).      

Preference is :  financial services related with broker/dealer  or insurance operational or technical experience a real plus.  
Role requirements.
·         Documentation of current state work-flows
·         Value stream mapping (start/stop time and identification of non-value add functions)
·         Process improvement identification
·         Documentation of future state desired requirements
·         Capture of gaps of current and future state
·         Inventory of forms, procedures, sign-offs, etc.
·         Mapping to their solutions and identification of gaps.
·         May require travel
